Cape Meares Lighthouse
Tillamook, Oregon

Located in Cape Meares State Scenic Viewpoint, 10 miles west of Tillamook and U.S. Hwy. 101, the lighthouse stands 217 feet above the ocean.  At 38 feet, the tower is the shortest on the Oregon coast.  Excellent viewpoints overlooking offshore islets inhabited by Stellar sea lions and nesting seabirds, and prime places for whale watching.

There are ten Lighthouses along the Oregon coast, seven of which are open to the public, and one that is a private residence.   Lighthouse portraits make excellent gifts for all occasions.  Look for your favorite lighthouse or collect the whole series.  My Lighthouse note cards are available as a package of 10 cards of the featured lighthouse, or as an assortment, each package containing 1 of each rendering, plus an extra card of the featured lighthouse, in this case Cape Meares.
