Newborn
Original Pen & Ink portrait. I completed this rendering using a combination of techniques, such as cross-hatching and pointillism. “Newborn” and “Foal” are actually portraits of the same horse at different ages. Unfortunately, the owner of the horse moved away before giving me a photo of the adult horse.
